Adams Garlic

Adams Garlic is a small family farm located in Southwest WI. We specialize in growing hardneck garlic seed and culinary garlic, and through the years we have held onto only the varieties that grow the best in our soil so we can offer you the most robust garlic for your garden and kitchen. Our hardneck garlic is grown using sustainable farming practices, without the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. In order to keep the weeds down and maintain moisture, we mulch with corn fodder in the fall after planting. We amend yearly using information obtained from soil tests in order to maximize soil and plant health. Cover crops  and crop rotation are utilized to improve soil structure and fertility, fix nitrogen, and suppress weeds, diseases, and pests. We continue to maintain a partnership with Southwest Opportunities Center, a Community Rehabilitation Center in Southwest Wisconsin dedicated to providing employment and programming for adults with disabilities.
