If you have never had Bison you are missing out. We made tacos out of ground bison last night and my entire family cleaned their plates. It was tastier than beef. Bison in Buckeye Stopped in for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Was greeted right away when I walked in. Then I was given a tour of the different types of cuts and informed on the packages and items on sale. They have an amazing selection from beef & chicken to all sorts of bison cuts. They even have bison hot dogs and bacon which I can't Stopped in for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Was greeted right away when I walked in. We have been looking for a place to get local grass fed beef in the west valley. The bison and other options they have are a bonus.
