Will Schonfeld is a business consultant for Cornell’s Farm-Net Program and a senior paramedic at AMR - American Medical Response in Syracuse/Auburn. He also is a volunteer/paramedic for the King Ferry Fire Department. In the summer of 2009 in Ithaca, he participated in his first triathlon by swimming in Cayuga Lake, biking on route 89, and running a 5K. He takes pleasure in training for the upcoming triathlons. Allison Schonfeldworks full-time at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca as a clinical laboratory scientist and laboratory information analyst. She is the current secretary for the Cayuga County Dairy Promotion Committee. She enjoys watching her great nieces and nephews, and five grandchildren, and working with the family garden and flowerbeds. Beth Schonfeld Cosimois an RN working and living in Fairport, NY. She and her husband Joe Cosimo have one son and one daughter together. Caleb Schonfeldgraduated from Nazareth College in Rochester with a dual major in history and philosophy and a minor in Far Eastern studies. Caleb and his wife, Brooke, own a cafe within Greenstar in Ithaca. It is called Forty-Weight Cafe. They have a daughter, Aoife(ee-fah), a son, Robbie, and a daughter, Frances... Lucas Schonfeldgraduated from Cobleskill College with a dual degree in dairy science and agricultural business. While at Cobleskill he has participated in the Dairy Cattle club and the Dairy Judging team. Lucas enjoys working with the team at Aurora Ridge Dairy and has become an avid triathlete. He just raced at the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Lahti Finland and two weeks later the Full Ironman Worlds in Nice France..
