As you know, we strive to add new attractions to our farm each year for our customers to enjoy. A lot of hard work, thought, planning, and love goes into each new addition. We hope to see you here from September 11th - October 31st this fall! Here's a recap of the additions we are planning..........so far - ya never know, we sometimes squeak some new things in at the last minute too. :) We are thrilled to offer our very first Sunflower Daysthis year! Right now, expected bloom dates are early September. Stay turned for event details! We are so excited about this addition! Our bonfire area is getting a major glow-up complete with a stacked rock fire pit (with rock we gathered from our own creek!), reclaimed wood benches, sun shades, and string lights. This area is almost complete. Watch for final reveal pictures on our social media soon! We look forward to utilizing this area as seating during the day since it's located in an area where many gather to watch their kids play on the Hay Pyramid and wait for the Barrel Train ride. Then of course at night it is completely magical with those string lights and bonfire. We have several night events planned where you can come enjoy this new spot, and a couple of things in the works still too: Last year, we had a temporary petting zoo at our Pumpkin Ridge attraction. It was such a huge hit that we've decided to build a permanent petting zoo out there! This petting zoo will require afamily admission ticket to Pumpkin Ridge($25 per family) in order to access it. We will have goats and some other cute animals in pens that can easily be petted and enjoyed in this area. Stay tuned for naming contests as we get this new petting zoo up and running! While we are very excited to share this new petting zoo with you, never fear, we will still have our regular FREE field of farm animals with goats, donkey, and mini horse available up in our main area. (PS - need to get an updated picture of this! The roof extension is now complete! We'll be sharing lots more photos once we finish setting this up.) Pumpkin Ridge Corn Pit and Slides The corn box is back this year - with a twist! We outgrew our old spot, so we are moving it to a new location on Pumpkin Ridge ($25 per family admission ticket required for this area). Bigger and better than ever before, we know this will be a hit! Nearby, we've also built a platform with 3 giant tunnel slides!!!! Tons of new fun for the kiddos out on Pumpkin Ridge this year! You won't want to miss it! YUM, YUM, YUM, funnel cakes are coming to our farm this fall! Exact dates and times will be released as opening day approaches, but expect to see these available on weekend afternoons this season! Which new addition are you most excited about?
